My current series "Lo-Fi Studio Dreams" invites viewers into vibrantly colored, whimsical worlds crafted with marker, pastel, and colored pencil. These intimate, dreamlike environments serve as mini sanctuaries for rest and preservation in a turbulent world. The series is deeply influenced by growing up in the 90s, my travels to color-rich India, the processing of my grief surrounding my Father's passing, and the themes of home and belonging. Offering a sense of nostalgic familiarity and wondrous enchantment, each piece encourages moments of quiet reflection, reminding us that we can create our own inner spaces of comfort and resilience.

My relationship with illustration began in early childhood, drawing alongside my Dad on the backs of paper place mats in our window booth at my hometown diner. Since then, I have had an unending love of creative expression, preferring to have ink on my jeans and paint under my fingernails.
